The company offers access to a fleet of aircraft through the concept of shared ownership, with 450 Jetfly Owners across Germany and Europe. The Jetfly fleet is composed of 70 Pilatus aircraft (PC-12 and PC-24). The Pilatus has come to exemplify the unique combination of Swiss engineering and dedicated craftsmanship, yielding a superior flight, passenger, and operator experience that is truly beyond comparison. A brand-new aircraft has also recently joined our fleet: the Cirrus SF50, the world's first single-engine private jet.

As Jetfly continues to grow, we are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Director to strengthen our Sales Department and expand our presence in Eastern Europe.

Ideally based in Austria, the Czech Republic, or Poland, the candidate will be a dynamic and results-driven individual with the ability to engage with prospective and existing UHNW customers across the region.

This senior role involves developing and enriching a portfolio of Jetfly Owners, while also playing a key part in building brand awareness and business development in the Eastern European market. The primary objective is to establish and nurture contact with Jetfly’s target audience, generating new, high-quality sales opportunities in line with the company’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct strategic outreach via personalized emails, calls, and touchpoints to build rapport with prospects and their advisors or office managers.

- Secure and conduct qualified, face-to-face meetings with potential clients and intermediaries.

- Develop strong relationships through consistent follow-up and deep understanding of client needs.

Sales Operations & Proposal Management

- Prepare tailored flight calculations to determine optimal Jetfly solutions and pricing.

- Generate proposals, coordinate meeting materials, and organize client presentations.

- Request flight studies in cooperation with the Flight Feasibility department

- Manage the contract process: prepare documents, handle signatures, and ensure compliance with internal procedures.

- Gather and distribute onboarding information for newly signed clients to relevant departments for a seamless client experience.

- Occasionally coordinate charter flights to meet ad hoc client needs.

CRM & Reporting

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (Pipedrive), ensuring all leads, interactions, and documents are properly logged.

- Track and analyze sales KPIs to ensure pipeline health and performance visibility.

- Collaborate with Marketing and Director of Sales to ensure alignment on regional campaigns and prospect communication.

- Submit sales reports, forecasts, and market insights as requested by management.

Profile & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, client relationship management, or a luxury client-facing role.

- Native-level in the local language and fluent English (written and spoken) are required; additional European languages are a plus.

- Demonstrating discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

- High degree of autonomy, maturity, and professionalism.
