The role combines consultative selling, executive relationship management, partner development, and long-cycle opportunity conversion. You will work closely with sales, product, marketing, operations, and customer-facing teams to develop compelling solutions and remove barriers to adoption. Success will depend on your ability to identify high-value opportunities, quantify business impact, and turn complex customer needs into profitable, repeatable revenue. This remote opportunity also provides visibility across a global organization and significant scope to influence market growth.
- Drive the North American growth strategy across targeted commercial laundries, linen suppliers, textile service providers, distributors, resellers, and selected hospitality accounts.
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts and increasing RFID textile tag volume.
- Develop executive-level relationships and detailed account plans for priority national and regional customers, including revenue, volume, conversion, and growth objectives.
- Create repeatable partner propositions connecting RFID-enabled linen and laundry operations with linen and uniform management solutions.
- Generate partner- and supplier-led introductions to hotel owners, operators, procurement teams, and property-level decision-makers while coordinating effectively with regional sales teams.
- Lead customer discovery, identify operational challenges, quantify financial and business value, engage economic buyers, and establish clear decision processes and close plans.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial frameworks, forecasts, and volume commitments that support sustainable and profitable growth.
- Collaborate with sales leadership, product management, marketing, operations, and customer-facing teams to develop solutions and accelerate customer adoption.
- Maintain accurate opportunity records, account activity, forecasts, next steps, and close dates in Salesforce while consistently delivering against assigned sales targets.
- Represent the organization at relevant industry events and develop a strong understanding of competitive, customer, and market trends.
- Translate customer and market insights into actionable recommendations that can support product, sales, and business development strategies.
Requirements

- Experience managing national or multi-location accounts and working through both direct and partner-led sales channels.
- Demonstrated success selling operational solutions, consumables, technology, or services through a consultative, value-based, and ROI-focused sales approach.
- Experience with RFID or connected technologies is advantageous, with the ability to learn and communicate technical solutions effectively being essential.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience.
- Proven ability to identify and open new accounts and convert complex, long-cycle opportunities into revenue.
- Strong understanding of commercial laundry, linen supply, textile services, or hospitality operations and their underlying economics.
- Ability to establish credibility and build trusted relationships with business owners, senior operators, procurement leaders, hotel executives, and technical stakeholders.
- Strong consultative selling capabilities, including discovery, value quantification, business-case development, negotiation, and executive-level closing.
- Ability to manage national and regional accounts while coordinating effectively with geographic sales owners and internal teams.
- Excellent planning, prioritization, organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM and prospecting tools, particularly Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Results-oriented, self-directed approach with the ability to work effectively in a flexible, remote environment.
