Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Relationship management with Branch Banking, Privy and Wealth across different levels from top management to middle management
- →Evolve and operationalise sales plan to achieve volume , SOH and market share.
- →Manage existing portfolio and Ensuring customer retention.
- →Ensuring unilateral growth by adding new customers.
- →Training and Development of the Branch, Privy ,Wealth and external channels.
- →End to end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers & sourcing channels too
- →Recruiting and provide training to D0.
- →Develop relationship and liaise with Internal cross functional stakeholders for business like Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU & Operations.
- →Ensure compliance to bank’s audits, statutory and regulatory requirement.
