CCG business unit is part of Wholesale Banking Group. This group provide tailored financial solutions to conglomerates and very large corporates. 

The group is one of the fastest growing divisions in Wholesales Bank for last 5 years and covers the leading clients in India for all of their banking needs. 

The position is of SRM and Team leaders. SRM is responsible to structure and propose new products to existing clients and get new clients from these conglomerate groups. 

SRM will be responsible for P&L and Balance sheet and will supervise and groom the Relationship Managers. 

This is team handling role. 

External clients – CFO/ Treasury Heads

Internal clients- BIU, Product, RMs, Leadership Team, Credit Committee

• Graduate/CA / MBA in finance/Marketing 
• 12-14 Years of relevant banking experience 
• Team leading experience of 4-6 years
• good understanding of financial products, Credit & industries

• Should have handled corporate clients for last few years. 

   

Anticipating market trends pertinent to the target customer group allocated

Maintains  a culture of integrity at the workplace by making decisions that abide by the highest moral ethics

Up to date with legal and banking regulations and policies to suggest corrective measures for self and team

Creates a culture that supports RMs to make informed business decisions regarding credit risk
