Inside Sales Representative

• Compensation: $14–$16/hour base pay plus uncapped monthly bonuses!
• Location: Remote (Work from home in the United States)
• Schedule: Full-time positions with day & afternoon shifts available

• →Handle 35–45 inbound calls per shift from individuals interested in preventive health screenings (no cold calling!)
• →Collect health information to assess caller risks and needs
• →Use a consultative, empathetic approach to recommend the right preventive services
• →Schedule appointments and process payments efficiently
• →Consistently meet or exceed your sales and service goals

• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
• Excellent communication, clarity, and empathy
• Competitive, success-driven mindset
• Authorized to work in the United States

• Reliable internet (minimum 50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload) with hard-wired ethernet connection
• A quiet, distraction-free home workspace
