Responsibilities

→Campaign & Event Ownership: Planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns for Coty Holiday PR Luncheon, Chloe Cedrus de Nuit KOL Dinner Party, Coty Ultra-Premium VIP Workshop, etc.
→Assist ongoing Marketing Campaigns

→Coordination for new launches Goddess Amber Vanilla, Boss Bottled EDTI & Her, Chloe le Nectar, CK Mist Repush Campaign, etc.
→Manage social media and EDM requests for Coty brands.
→Create creative assets for Coty 2H campaigns as needed KOL PR seeding and coordination

→Administrative & Coordination Tasks: Coordinate with external vendors and update masterlist and trackers
→Reporting & Documentation: Prepare completion reports on assigned tasks Document learnings, outputs, and recommendations for process improvement

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program (3rd or 4th year)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented and eager to learn
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
