Four Points by Sheraton Auckland is a modern, upscale hotel located in the heart of Auckland. As part of Marriott International, one of the world's leading hospitality companies, we believe great guest experiences start with great associate experiences.

The hotel features 255 spacious guest rooms and suites, The Queen's Head Bar & Eatery, and The Churchill, our rooftop bar offering panoramic views of Auckland's skyline.

At Four Points, our people and culture are at the heart of everything we do. We want our hotel to be a place where people can be themselves, feel they belong, have a voice, grow their careers and enjoy coming to work. Our culture is built around teamwork, recognition, genuine connections and looking after one another.

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to join our team and help us continue building an exceptional workplace culture at Four Points by Sheraton Auckland!

The Human Resources Manager plays a key role in creating a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture across the hotel.

More than managing HR processes, you will be a visible and trusted leader who connects with our associates, supports our leaders and champions engagement, recognition, wellbeing and development.

Working closely with the General Manager and leadership team, you will help create an environment where our people feel valued, supported and inspired to grow.
