Talent Acquisition HUB - Programs Coordinator (12 Month FTC)

The Talent Acquisition HUB Programs Coordinator is part of the EMEA Talent Acquisition team and provides coordination and administrative support for Talent Acquisition HUB initiatives that support Marriott's on-property hiring teams across the EMEA region.

Reporting to and supporting the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition HUB Programs, the role works closely with stakeholders across EMEA to coordinate program activities, maintain documentation, support communications, and contribute to the ongoing success of Marriott's Talent Acquisition HUB model.

• →Coordinate Talent Acquisition HUB initiatives and support program delivery across EMEA.
• →Maintain program documentation, tools, resources, and templates to support consistency and standardisation across the Talent Acquisition HUB model.
• →Prepare presentations, status updates, communications, pull reports and other program-related materials.
• →Provide administrative and coordination support for program activities, including maintaining records, action logs, meeting notes, and follow-up actions.
• →Work closely with stakeholders across Talent Acquisition and other business functions to support successful program execution.
• →Support HUB implementations, training delivery, stakeholder engagement, and change management activities.

• A recently completed qualification, or current studies, in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• A strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, recruitment operations, or hospitality careers.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Confidence working with technology and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• The legal right to work in South Africa.

• This is an office-based position located at the Marriott International Regional Office in Sea Point, Cape Town. Attendance in the office is required Monday through Friday.
• The role supports Marriott's EMEA Talent Acquisition operations and may involve collaboration with stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones.
