Every new agent is paired with an experienced mentor who helps with your first live calls, reviews your conversations, and answers questions as they come up.
You'll work with people who already requested information about life insurance, over phone and Zoom. You'll understand their needs and match them with coverage from 60+ carriers.
What We Offer
~1 min read1099, 100% commission with no cap. Average $800–$1,200 per policy. Full-time agents typically earn $100,000 to $300,000+ in year one, paid daily/weekly, plus bonuses.
Requirements
~1 min read- Must live in the U.S. (Ames, IA area a plus, but this role is fully remote)
- U.S. citizen or legal resident
- Able to pass a background check
- Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to get one (we walk you through it)
- Available full time, about 40 hours a week
