Outside Sales Representative

Metals USA Flat Rolled Group, Inc. is seeking a Outside Sales Representative for our Grand Rapids, MI location. Metals USA is a leading metals processor/distributor in North America, providing a wide range of carbon steel products and services. Metals USA is a solid, growth-oriented company, servicing the defense, commercial construction, and road construction and fabrication industries.

Requirements:

• →Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field
• →Five (5) or more years of industrial aluminum and stainless-steel sales, fabrication, and/or industrial sales
• →Experience in calculating proportions, circumference and volume required; prior experience with blueprint and cad drawings preferred
• →Experience in selling in the industrial market, B2B selling, fabrication experience a plus
• →Must have a professional demeanor and an ability to communicate effectively with executive level individuals from various industries
• →Ability to learn new skills and technology as it pertains to business and fabrication needs
• →Basic mathematics and computer skills (Microsoft Office Products)
• →A solid understanding of the aluminum and stainless-steel industries
• →A full understanding of sales, customer relations, aluminum, and stainless-steel processing
• →A valid driver's license
