DevOps Engineer (Remote Opportunity)

• →Design, deploy, and manage scalable AWS infrastructure using services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, VPC, ELB/ALB, and EKS.
• →Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and deployment workflows using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• →Implement cloud security best practices, including IAM, encryption, network segmentation, logging, and compliance controls.
• →Monitor cloud infrastructure for performance, availability, security, and cost, and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• →Develop and support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and other DevOps tools.
• →Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes/EKS.
• →Support high availability, disaster recovery, and resilient cloud architectures.
• →Collaborate with development and operations teams to translate application requirements into secure and efficient AWS solutions.
• →Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the project.

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS compute, storage, networking, databases, and security services.
• Production experience with Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and system administration.
• Strong understanding of AWS security, networking, and the shared responsibility model.
• Experience with subnetting, routing, load balancing, firewall rules, and VPN connectivity.
• Experience with CI/CD principles, automation, and deployment tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across AWS and CI/CD environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within Agile development environments.
