(CKG) Sales Representative, Field Sales

Overall Job Purpose: 

Develop new clients, establish good sales channels in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new customers and introduce our services to them.
• Communicate with customers regularly, understand customer needs.
• Develop competitive sales strategies based on market demand to ensure performance targets are met, independently complete the annual sales task.
• Assist the sales manager to optimize and innovate the business plan, standardize the sales quotation and business process.
• Responsible for assisting in collecting accounts receivable from customers 
  

Essential Job Qualifications:

• Education/Technical Skills: 
  • College degree or above, no major requirement.
• Knowledge/ Work Experience: 
  • At least 2 years sales working experience in international freight forwarding, familiar with freight forwarding. 
• Key Behavioral Competencies:
  • Good at English, able to deal with foreign emails independently, good at computer operation.
  • Familiar with import/export international freight forwarding business knowledge and skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, careful, patient, positive, team player, able to work under pressure; passionate, willing to accept pressure and challenge.
