Audi Stuart is seeking a few Automotive Sales Associates to join our high-performing team.

In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional, personalized experiences to our guests. You'll represent one of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands, guiding guests through the vehicle selection and purchase process. Greet and assist customers in selecting new or pre-owned vehicles tailored to their needs and budget

Present and demonstrate Audi’s premium features and technology in a compelling way

Provide transparent, accurate information on financing, leasing, and trade-in options

Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through consistent follow-up

Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction targets

Maintain expert-level knowledge of Audi vehicles, industry trends, and competitor offerings

Collaborate with finance, service, and management teams for a seamless transaction

Maintain a polished, professional image and deliver outstanding service throughout the sales journey

Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven

Thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment

Proficient in computer systems and sales-related software

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
