• →Oversee daily kitchen operations and food prep from open to close
• →Manage, train, and schedule kitchen staff to meet service demands
• →Ensure all food meets quality, temperature, and safety standards
• →Control food costs, manage inventory, and minimize waste
• →Collaborate with front-of-house teams to drive smooth service

• 2+ years as Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef in high-volume settings
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP principles
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse kitchen team
• Experience managing P&L, ordering, and food cost percentages
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills under pressure
