• →Lead, mentor, and schedule 15-20 line cooks and prep staff daily

• →Drive kitchen speed and accuracy to meet cover counts and ticket times

• Three-plus years managing high-volume kitchen operations independently
• Hands-on line cook background with current food handler certification
• Proven success building, hiring, and developing kitchen teams
• Meticulous attention to inventory, costs, and waste reduction
