Kitchen Manager - Family Dining

As the Kitchen Manager, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, from managing staff to ensuring food quality and safety standards. You will play a crucial role in menu development, staff training, and inventory management, helping to drive our mission of delivering exceptional service in the restaurant industry. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually, along with benefits and opportunities for career advancement.

• →Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff activities to ensure efficient kitchen operations
• →Develop and execute menu items while maintaining food quality and presentation
• →Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
• →Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• →Assist in employee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
• →Collaborate with front-of-house staff to provide a seamless dining experience
• →Monitor food costs and optimize revenue opportunities
• →Implement kitchen policies and procedures for improved efficiency

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen management
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and safety
• Effective time management and organizational abilities
• Strong communication skills to liaise with staff and suppliers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school certification preferred
