  Identify and attract new affiliates: KOLs, influencers, trading schools, etc.
• →
  Build and maintain strong partner relationships aligned with business objectives.
• →
  Analyze affiliate performance data to scale partnerships and inform decisions.
• →
  Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
• →
  Collaborate with the product team to optimize offerings and attract quality users.

• Fluent English and Ukrainian (required)
• Proven experience in affiliate or BD roles in the crypto industry, preferably in CIS
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets
• Solid understanding of CIS crypto market dynamics and regulations

• Experience with cross-cultural or cross-timezone teams
• Previous experience at a crypto exchange
• Passion for blockchain and crypto payments
