Bolstered by a strong reputation for reliability and service, we are expanding our sales team to enhance value for our high-volume clientele across the Southeast.


We are seeking a highly driven and energetic Sales Representative with a proven track record of success within the marine industry. Operating from our headquarters in Fort Pierce, FL, this individual will concentrate on boat building territories throughout the Southeast, fostering relationships, identifying new opportunities, and securing large-volume transactions.

This role involves direct engagement with Marinas, Dealers, and Marine OEMs, introducing them to our proprietary software system, specifically developed to streamline their transportation processes.

  • Industry experience in the recreational marine sector.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Comfortable with regular travel and independent work.
  • Strong organizational and CRM tracking proficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and expand new business accounts across assigned territories.
  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and dealer meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely deliveries.
  • Monitor leads, sales activities, and forecasts.

Required Experience:

  • Experience with OEM/Dealer/Marina Sales Distribution.
  • Experience with advanced sales techniques.
  • Proficient demonstration of communication skills, emotional intelligence (EQ), industry product knowledge, problem-solving ability, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
