Title: Jr. Inside Sales Representative

Reports to: Operations Manager

Based at: 1145 Innovation Drive, Suite 200, Kanata ON
This is a new and exciting opening at PureLogic!

The Junior Inside Sales Representative provides operational, procurement, and sales support to internal stakeholders while developing foundational knowledge of IT solutions, customer relationship management, vendor engagement, and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
•    Support the preparation of hardware, software, professional services, and maintenance quotations.
•    Support deal registrations, special pricing requests, vendor incentive programs, and rebate initiatives.
•    Process customer and vendor purchase orders with a high degree of accuracy.
•    Coordinate procurement activities with manufacturers, distributors, and vendors.
•    Deliver responsive and professional support to customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
•    Maintain accurate records within CRM and ERP systems.
•    Support invoicing, reporting, returns, credits, and warranty activities.
•    Participate in training and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
•    1-3 years of related experience in sales support, customer service, administration, procurement, or similar environments.
•    Strong keyboarding and data-entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
•    Excellent email management and communication skills.
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•    Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
•    French-English bilingualism is considered an asset.
