PuroClean of Rocklin is a leader in emergency property restoration services, helping families and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, biohazard, and other property damage. At PuroClean of Rocklin, we bring a “One Team” and servant-based leadership mindset to everything we do. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a new location that is growing fast.

We’re looking for a motivated, people-oriented professional to join us part-time and build our network of referral partners in the community. This is an ideal role for somebody who wants to stay professionally active, earn supplemental income, and maintain flexibility around school hours and family responsibilities. No evenings or weekends required.

Position Overview
As a Referral Partnership Specialist, you will:

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with Centers of Influence (insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, contractors, real estate professionals, etc.).
  • Serve as a trusted resource through regular visits, coffee meetings, and daytime networking.
  • Organize and coordinate training events, CE courses, and lunch-and-learns.
  • Implement creative marketing initiatives and collaborate directly with ownership.
  • Ensure every referred job receives exceptional service to strengthen partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence.
  • Generate revenue through effective, consultative relationship marketing.
  • Build, maintain, and service a targeted referral partner list.
  • Coordinate community events and educational opportunities.
  • Represent the PuroClean brand with professionalism and integrity.
Schedule & Compensation

  • Part-time, flexible daytime hours (roughly 15–30 hours/week) – set your own schedule around school drop-off and pick-up.
  • Competitive base pay + aggressive commission structure on closed sales. The more referral partnerships you build, the more you earn.
  • Reasonable base wage with strong upside potential.
