Website Growth & CRO Manager

We are looking for a highly analytical, action-oriented, and entrepreneurial Website Growth & CRO Manager to take ownership of our websites and help turn them into high-performing digital sales channels.

In this role, you will drive improvements across our websites, landing pages, and conversion funnels, combining data-driven experimentation with strong UX/UI intuition, compelling copy, and a deep understanding of customer behavior.

You will take ownership of conversion rates, identify opportunities for growth, and turn insights into tangible improvements. You will also contribute to the development of a new product configurator, helping shape intuitive digital experiences that make it easier for customers to discover, customize, and purchase our products.
