Responsibilities: Own and manage all website-generated orders end-to-end. Validate Apple product configurations with precision. Communicate proactively and clearly with clients at every stage. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth, on-time delivery. Track orders, flag potential risks early, and resolve issues quickly. Ensure every order is completed correctly and closed properly. Requirements Strong attention to detail and structured approach to work. Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously without losing control. Confident and professional communication with clients. Accountable — takes ownership and follows through. Fast and efficient, but never careless.
