Key Responsibilities
Respond to, engage with and qualify inbound leads to identify potential sales
opportunities.
Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email and social platforms to generate new business leads.
Collaborate with Account Executives to develop account intelligence and execute on
lead generation campaigns.
Perform market research and analyze trends to identify key opportunities in target
accounts.
Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, demonstrating professionalism
and product knowledge.
Build and maintain detailed notes and accurate lead/account data in Salesforce or other
CRM platforms.
Educate leads on products and services, nurturing them until they are sales-ready.
Assist in driving attendance to special projects, webinars and events.
Achieve and exceed assigned quotas and KPIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
2+ years of experience in business development, inside sales, or sales-related roles.
A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Experience working in the banking sector is required, with a strong understanding of
financial products, client engagement or banking operations.
Experience with closing sales is a plus.
Solid understanding of SDR and lead development best practices.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and Outreach is strongly preferred.
Interest or background in fintech or emerging technologies is a plus.
