To help meet the surge in demand for our services, SBG is aggressively expanding our team of Account Executives! As an AE, you'll play a vital role in the growth of the small businesses we serve and our company as a whole.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Build and manage a pipeline of small business owners seeking capital
  • Match clients to the right financing solution based on their needs
  • Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets in a performance-driven environment
  • Build a recurring book of business through renewals and referrals
  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in a quota-carrying role
  • A track record of hitting or beating targets
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Resilience, coachability, and the drive to win
  • Bachelor's degree
