Sales Administrator Expert

Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Sales Operations & Administration team to support an increasing volume of complex client transactions and lead structural automation projects. You will manage end-to-end billing workflows, contract administration, and revenue reconciliation to secure cash flows and drive operational excellence alongside our Sales, Support, and Finance teams.

You will join a team of 4 people, taking ownership of core revenue operations (billing, cash collection, contract management, customer administration) while actively contributing to process optimization, tool implementation, and automation initiatives. You will act as a trusted business partner to Sales, Support, TAM, Billing, and B2B clients.

• Proven track record in Sales Administration, Billing Operations, Order-to-Cash, or a related operational role in a fast-paced B2B environment.

• Strong expertise in Purchase Order lifecycles, contract validation, and public/enterprise billing portals.

• Solid understanding of billing workflows and transactional accounting (reconciliation, balance follow-up).

• High proficiency in internal management consoles, ticketing tools (Jira), and spreadsheets.

• Autonomous and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset.

• Strong ability to interface effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

• High rigor, analytical precision, and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English, adapted to both technical teams and corporate decision-makers.

• Ability to prioritize and manage high workloads within a fast-scaling tech environment.
