Scope: Responsible for 2 sites with approximately 200 officers

We are looking for someone who brings:

Excellent communication skills
Strong, proven leadership experience
A proven track record of building relationships
A hands-on leadership style. We need someone who will actively engage with the operation, not simply delegate.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
Ability to respond to the site within 45 minutes in the event of an emergency
Flexibility to work all shifts and all days as business needs require
Experience and leadership ability to effectively manage a large guard workforce earning approximately $17–$21/hour in a rural market

As an Account Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. If you have experience in positions like Operations Manager, Site Supervisor or Account Manager this role is a great fit for you.
