The Learning Partner delivers high-impact live and virtual training that builds franchise and HQ capability, strengthens operational execution, and reinforces brand standards. Reporting to the Director, Field Capability, this role serves as a subject-matter learning expert for the Business Development School of Learning. The Learning Partner facilitates workshops, partners with SMEs and franchise teams, supports the T3 model, and ensures learners receive consistent, credible, and operationally aligned instruction across the franchise system.

  • Deliver live and virtual workshops for franchise teams and HQ employees with clarity, consistency, and operational credibility.
  • Facilitate hands-on, scenario-based, and standards-aligned training that reinforces real-world execution.
  • Adapt delivery style to learner needs while maintaining instructional objectives and brand standards.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of operational standards, equipment, processes, and best practices relevant to the School.
  • Partner with SMEs (HQ and franchise) to validate content accuracy and support co-facilitation when appropriate.
  • Coach SMEs and field leaders on facilitation techniques, delivery expectations, and workshop readiness.
  • Ensure T3 participants can deliver consistent, high-quality training aligned with operational standards.
  • Prepare all materials, equipment, and logistics required for live and virtual workshops.
  • Coordinate with the Field Capability Administrator to ensure scheduling, enrollment, and communication are seamless.
  • Ensure training environments (virtual or physical) are set up for optimal learner experience.
  • Work closely with Instructional Design, Learning Experience, and Operations to ensure training reflects current standards and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with Learning Experience and multimedia teams to optimize virtual delivery tools and learner experience.
  • Support major learning events (e.g., conventions, summits) as a facilitator or SME.
  • 3–5+ years in training delivery, facilitation, field operations, or capability development.
  • Experience delivering workshops in distributed, franchise, or field-based environments (preferred).
  • Background in the assigned School (Restoration, Construction, Office, Commercial, Biz Dev, Leadership, etc.) strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with virtual delivery platforms (Zoom, Teams) and LMS-supported learning environments.
  • Familiarity with ILT content structure and instructional intent.
  • High situational awareness and ability to adjust delivery based on learner needs.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with franchisees, SMEs, and field leaders.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and learner success.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work-related experience.
  • Ability to travel and work across the SERVPRO network of franchise locations and HQ to deliver ILT workshops.
  • Standard working hours, based on a 40-hour work week.
  • Additional working hours required as needed to complete assignments and projects on schedule.
  • Travel up to 50%
