We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by building relationships with enterprise-level clients, understanding their business challenges, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, skilled negotiator, and has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in complex B2B environments.

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with enterprise-level organizations.

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and contract execution.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to design and deliver customized solutions.

Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and sales activity reports using CRM tools.

Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform strategy.

Represent the company at client meetings, industry conferences, and networking events.

5+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on enterprise accounts.

Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a solution-selling environment.

Strong business acumen with the ability to engage senior executives and align solutions to business priorities.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
