HVAC Outside Sales Representative

As an Outside Sales Representative / Comfort Advisor, you'll meet with homeowners to assess their comfort needs, educate them on available solutions, and recommend HVAC systems that best fit their home and budget. We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers make informed decisions.

As an Outside Sales Representative / Comfort Advisor, you'll meet with homeowners following technician referrals, inbound inquiries, and company-generated leads to evaluate their home's comfort needs and recommend HVAC replacement solutions. You'll educate customers on equipment options, financing, warranties, energy efficiency, and available promotions while delivering a professional, pressure-free sales experience.

• →Meet with homeowners to evaluate heating, cooling, and indoor comfort needs.
• →Perform in-home assessments and recommend HVAC replacement solutions tailored to each customer's home and budget.
• →Present system options, financing programs, warranties, maintenance agreements, and available promotions.
• →Build trust through honest recommendations and exceptional customer service.
• →Prepare accurate estimates and proposals using company software.
• →Follow up with customers throughout the sales process to ensure an outstanding experience.
• →Collaborate with installation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.
• →Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the CRM.
• →Consistently achieve individual sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• →Stay current on product knowledge, manufacturer offerings, industry trends, and company promotions.

• Previous in-home sales, HVAC sales, home improvement sales, or outside sales experience preferred.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to explain technical information in a way homeowners can easily understand.
• Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable using tablets, CRM systems, and sales software.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
