As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding SimplifyNext’s footprint in the Thailand Market. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new opportunities with named accounts while deepening relationships with existing clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients scale their automation and analytics capabilities, and positioning SimplifyNext as the go-to partner for digital transformation.
To succeed in this role, you will need to bring together the relevant expertise and thought leadership from within SimplifyNext to deliver successful outcomes for our clients as well as SimplifyNext. Our simple and flat organization structure and collaborative culture is an enabler for high-performing sales professionals to thrive in and express themselves.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Win new business by identifying, engaging, and securing new accounts, driving revenue growth.
- Lead consultative selling through understanding client challenges and aligning our technology services to their needs.
- Create comprehensive client business plans to build a stable, growing pipeline of current and future business opportunities.
- Collaboratively work with internal teams as well as our technology partners to successfully position the solutions and/or services and see the opportunity through to closure.
- Lead business negotiations for contracts focusing on win-win outcomes for both the clients and SimplifyNext.
- Take an active role in defining the GTM plan for the Thailand Market.
- Track and manage the entire sales process and account management activities with the support of pre-sales architect and project managers.
- Stay ahead of trends by keeping up with industry innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
~1 min read- 5 - 8+ years of sales experience, preferably in technology or consulting services.
- Proven track record of hunting and closing new accounts in Thailand.
- Strong network and relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders within the Thailand Market.
- Ability to drive complex sales cycles and position value-based solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
