Sales Engineer

Sisco Jobs is actively recruiting on behalf of a premier client for a motivated Sales Engineer to drive business growth across Trichy and South Tamil Nadu. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into successful client partnerships while achieving monthly and quarterly targets. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities. Generate leads through calls, meetings, references, and market visits. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services. Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations. Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into customers. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Maintain accurate sales reports and customer information. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction. Candidate Profile B.E./Diploma in E&I, EEE, or Mechanical Engineering. Experience: 2–3 years in Industrial Sales/Service. Good communication and negotiation skills. Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits.
