~2 min readWe are seeking proactive, relationship-driven Account Managers to support and grow our portfolio of B2B travel partners across North America.
This is not a new business / hunter role — your primary focus will be retention, relationship management, and revenue expansion within existing accounts. You will serve as the main point of contact for agency partners, ensuring a high-quality experience while identifying opportunities to drive repeat bookings.
While this is a retention-focused role, a strong passion for sales is essential. Without that drive, it will be difficult to succeed as an Account Manager in our environment, as the role requires actively growing accounts and increasing revenue.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and understands the dynamics of a B2B sales cycle.
Client Relationship Management
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing B2B travel partners (agencies, resellers, etc.)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication
• Build strong rapport through consistent, proactive engagement
Revenue Retention & Expansion
• Drive repeat bookings through outbound calls and email outreach
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Monitor account performance and take action to improve engagement
Communication & Outreach
• Conduct regular check-ins with partners via phone and email
• Respond promptly to inquiries, requests, and issues
• Maintain a high-touch, service-oriented communication style
Pipeline & Activity Management
• Track all partner interactions and opportunities in CRM systems
• Maintain organized records of account activity and performance
• Meet activity and revenue targets consistently
Experience
• 2+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales
• Experience working with North American clients (US/Canada) strongly preferred
• Background in travel, hospitality, or tourism is a plus
Skills
• Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and retention strategies
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Confident in outbound outreach (calls + email)
• Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
