We help elite real estate companies dominate their local markets and scale their businesses to $1M+ per year using the power of YouTube. To support our rapid growth, we are looking for a South Africa-based, client-facing Account Manager and YouTube Strategist to serve as the primary touchpoint for our most established clients.
As a "Pod Leader," you will be the bridge between our central strategy team and our high-performing real estate clients across the United States. Your mission is simple but critical: ensure our strategy is implemented flawlessly, keep our clients feeling supported and "heard," and drive long-term retention through measurable results and premium service.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Strategy Rollout: Partner with a Senior Strategist to define client-specific YouTube roadmaps and ensure ideas are effectively implemented across multiple channels.
- Content Optimization: Ideate and implement high-performing video ideas, titles, thumbnails, and formats designed to capture local real estate markets.
- Channel Analysis: Regularly analyze client channels via YouTube Studio to track performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Production Coaching: Provide feedback and "teaching" moments to clients regarding their filming techniques (lighting, sound, camera presence) and script delivery.
- White-Glove Service: Act as the dedicated "touchpoint person" for a set of premium clients, ensuring they feel exceptionally well-taken care of at all times.
- Strategic Consulting: Lead monthly performance calls to review business growth, video metrics, and upcoming content calendars.
- Proactive Communication: Manage real-time client questions via Slack and ensure they understand how social media is directly impacting their $1M+ revenue goals.
- Account Retention: Focus entirely on client success and retention (no business development or sales required). You are incentivized to go above and beyond to keep your "pod" thriving.
- Client Mastery: Proven experience managing high-level client relationships, ideally within an agency setting. You are comfortable talking to successful business owners about their growth.
- Social Media Results: Demonstrable experience achieving tangible results on social media (specifically YouTube).
- Technical Savvy: A solid understanding of the technical aspects of filming (cameras, microphones, etc.) and the ability to coach others on these tools.
- Independent Spirit: You are a self-starter who can take a central strategy and run with it, finding ways to improve and optimize without constant hand-holding.
- Language Proficiency: Native or fluent English (written and spoken) is essential for this high-level client-facing role.

This is a high-impact position where you aren't just managing accounts—you are shaping the digital identity of some of the top realtors in the US. You will have the support of an Ops Manager for day-to-day logistics, allowing you to focus on strategy, teaching, and relationship building. While a background in YouTube is a major plus, we are willing to teach the nuances of our specific YouTube framework to a candidate who brings a "slam-dump" background in social media strategy and client management.
