Job Title: Business Development Representative
Location: Remote, South Africa
Type: Full time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible between US Eastern (EST) and US Central (CST) hours. Occasional Saturday or Sunday work may be required, with advance notice.
Base Salary: $2,000 to $2,500 USD/month, plus commission

• Proven experience working in the IT industry (this is a must)
• 2 to 5 years in B2B technology sales development, channel sales, or partner management
• Comfortable with IT infrastructure vocabulary (networking, Cisco, Meraki, cloud, MSP)
• Native-level written and spoken English
• Self-directed and organized, with strong written communication and comfort using CRM tools
• Reliable home office setup and internet connection
• Availability to work Monday to Friday on US Eastern or Central hours, plus occasional weekends when requested in advance

• Experience at an IT reseller, systems integrator, or technology distributor
• Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
• Exposure to technology vendor partner programs, including deal registration

• →Research target accounts and channel partners, with a US focus and some EMEA coverage
• →Run outbound outreach by email, LinkedIn, and phone, and follow up on inbound leads and event contacts
• →Qualify opportunities and book discovery meetings for leadership
• →Keep the CRM up to date with contacts, deals, and next steps, and document partner deal registrations
• →Prepare short account briefs before meetings and send follow-up emails after
• →Coordinate with vendor account teams and partner sales reps on joint opportunities
