Our client, a company known for creating artfully handcrafted truffle products, is seeking a versatile and driven Operations Manager (Sales & Lead Generation) to support internal operations and fuel sales growth.
This role is a hybrid position designed to fill critical gaps following recent leadership changes while supporting a growing sales team. The ideal candidate will balance administrative execution, project management, and hands-on lead generation to help drive efficiency and revenue.
The primary function of this role is to support executive operations while generating qualified leads for the sales team, ensuring both internal alignment and consistent pipeline growth.
Responsibilities

Provide direct support to leadership, including Jimmy Kunz

Manage internal projects, timelines, and deliverables

Assist with reporting and operational coordination across teams

Track and summarize sales team performance metrics (via HubSpot once implemented)

Support onboarding and coordination of four entry-level sales representatives

Help stabilize operations following recent team changes (CFO, Sales Manager)

Conduct 40 hours/week of lead generation activities during lower admin-demand periods

Execute outbound prospecting using a structured process:

Requirements
