Industry Context: 3–5+ years of B2B sales development or account management experience, with a proven track record of selling into complex industries (e.g., Healthcare, Corporate Finance, or Mid-Market Tech).
-
Persona Alignment: Deep, comfortable experience navigating conversations with C-suite executives and mid-market enterprise buyers.
-
CRM Mastery: Expert-level familiarity with HubSpot. You should be comfortable architecting deal properties, managing pipelines, and building dashboard reports.
-
Outbound Toolkit: Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or comparable enterprise prospecting software.
-
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. You must be able to draft articulate, value-driven follow-up emails that read like a strategic consultant wrote them, not an automated bot.
This position offers a rare front-row seat to enterprise deal-making. You will receive direct, daily mentorship from company leadership, bypass standard agency bureaucracy, and have a clear, rapid path to transition into a full-cycle Account Executive (AE) role as the business scales.
