Spear is seeking a driven, relationship-first business development professional to fuel growth across Spear’s Manhattan clinics. This role goes beyond traditional healthcare outreach. The New Jersey Liaison will cultivate referral networks across medicine, corporate wellness, fitness, sports, and the broader Manhattan community. You will not just manage relationships, you will build them, grow them, and translate them into measurable impact.
-3-4 days traveling in the field per week
-1-2 days/week at HQ
