→Set up dish station to Sundance standards.
→Take out trash, recycling, and linen.
→Follow standards to minimize grease going into the plumbing system.
→Support recycling program.
→Complete daily cleaning projects.
→Responsible for keeping kitchen up to sanitary standards by mopping the floor and wash dishes.
→Restock lines with clean dishes.
→Assist with food preparation as needed.
