Technical Assent operates in an AI-enabled business environment. We expect every member of our Growth Team to use artificial intelligence thoughtfully and effectively to improve the speed, quality, and productivity of their work.

AI proficiency is a requirement, not a substitute for professional expertise or critical thinking. We do not accept unverified AI-generated content, generic analysis, fabricated evidence, superficial recommendations, or polished deliverables that lack substantive insight. Every employee remains personally accountable for the accuracy, reasoning, originality, and business value of their work, regardless of the tools used to produce it.

We expect the Business Development & Capture Manager to:

  • Use AI to accelerate research and analysis while independently validating material facts and conclusions.
  • Distinguish authoritative evidence from assumptions, inference, and unsupported AI-generated claims.
  • Apply professional judgment to interpret information, challenge assumptions, and develop defensible recommendations.
  • Produce concise, actionable work products that demonstrate genuine understanding of the customer, competitive environment, and business decision.
  • Improve workflows through appropriate automation without compromising quality, confidentiality, or accountability.
