Sales Development Representative — LATAM | Path to AE

Full-Time Contractor | 100% Remote | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT

• Make 400+ outbound calls weekly via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Book qualified meetings with C-level executives and key decision-makers
• Qualify inbound leads and uncover new business opportunities
• Build genuine relationships with prospects and understand their needs
• Partner closely with Sales Executives to build pipeline
• Consistently hit and exceed activity and performance targets

• Native or near-native English proficiency
• 2+ years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience
• Proven cold calling and objection-handling skills
• Experience doing outbound and cold calling in English with US-based clients
• Track record booking meetings with decision-makers
• Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, or similar
• Curiosity, coachability, and a genuine desire to build a long-term sales career
• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) preferred
• Valid visa and ability to travel to the US for trade shows is a plus
