Internal: Business Heads, Functional Leaders, HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Hiring Managers.
External: Candidates, Recruitment Consultants, Job Portals, Assessment Partners, Educational Institutions, Professional Networks, Industry Associations.
| |
MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline from a recognized institution.
| |
Certifications in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Analytics, HR Management, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification, or related HR certifications will be preferred.
| |
7–12 years of overall experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources.
| |
Minimum 5 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience in Logistics / Supply Chain/Transportation / E-commerce / Manufacturing, or allied industries. |
