Front Desk & Sales Coordinator – The Joint Chiropractic

Experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, customer service, or sales can translate well into this position. Previous chiropractic experience is not required—we’ll teach you our services and systems.

As a Wellness Coordinator, you’ll help create a positive patient experience while supporting the clinic’s sales goals and daily operations. You’ll greet patients, explain membership and package options, process transactions, and keep the front desk organized.

This role includes sales. You should feel comfortable starting conversations, explaining options, answering questions, and asking patients to purchase a membership or visit package. We believe in clear, respectful conversations that help patients understand their choices.

  Welcome patients and manage check-in and patient flow.

  Introduce new patients to the clinic and explain what to expect.

  Present and sell memberships and visit packages.

  Answer phone calls and follow up with new and inactive patients.

  Process payments and maintain accurate patient accounts.

  Maintain a clean, organized front desk, lobby, and clinic.

  Work with the chiropractor and other team members to keep the day running smoothly.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Basic computer skills and confidence learning new software.

• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities while staying attentive to patients.

• Willingness to receive coaching and put feedback into practice.

• Sales, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience preferred.

Our clinics operate during evenings and weekends. Applicants must be available for the location’s assigned shifts, which may include full-day shifts and weekends. Consistent attendance, punctuality, and clear communication are essential.
