Why This Opportunity Stands Out High commission and earning potential Strong leadership and support team Opportunity for long-term growth and advancement Consistent lead flow and market opportunity Fast-paced, team-oriented culture Ability to control your own success through performance What You’ll Do Generate and manage roofing sales opportunities Build relationships with homeowners and customers Conduct roof inspections and property assessments Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and insurance processes Manage projects from initial consultation through close Maintain strong communication throughout the customer experience Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure successful project completion Represent the company professionally within the communit What We’re Looking For Required: Previous roofing sales experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and performance-driven mindset Comfortable working in the field and climbing ladders/roofs Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up effectively Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Preferred: Experience with insurance restoration roofing Door-to-door or in-home sales experience Strong closing ability and customer service mindset Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone who: Has a hunter mentality Is competitive and goal-oriented Wants unlimited earning potential Thrives in a fast-paced sales environment Takes ownership of their pipeline and results Enjoys interacting with people and building trust Compensation & Growth Competitive commission structure High earning potential for top performers Ongoing training and development Advancement opportunities into leadership and management roles
