Identifying prospective hiring needs and crafting job descriptions and specifications. Collaborating closely with departmental managers to compile a unified set of prerequisites. Sourcing and actively seeking out qualified candidates through various channels such as databases, online job boards, and social media. Conducting interviews and meticulously screening applicants to fill available positions. Performing comprehensive background checks and reference verifications for potential candidates. Evaluating candidates' qualifications, competencies, and experience to align them with open roles effectively. Completing the necessary documentation for new hires. Enhancing the company's reputation and desirability as an appealing employment destination. Overseeing internship programs. Staying current with prevailing employment laws and regulations, and ensuring compliance within the organization. Generating well-documented recruiting reports with insightful analysis. Serving as the primary liaison for all candidate interactions. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in human resources management, business administration or a relevant field. At least 2+ years’ progressive experience in recruiting in a consulting environment or related field. Strategic understanding of staffing tools and electronic job boards Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of human resources laws. Knowledge of various interviewing methods
