Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with merchants, partners, and enterprise clients across key markets, driving sustainable revenue growth.
- →Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects, maintaining momentum from initial outreach through to contract execution.
- →Represent Unlimit at industry events, client meetings, and networking engagements, strengthening market presence and cultivating valuable relationships.
- →Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align client needs with tailored commercial solutions and a seamless customer experience.
- →Contribute to commercial initiatives by identifying market opportunities, supporting expansion efforts, and helping shape growth plans.
- →Bring a strong understanding of the payments and fintech landscape, including industry developments, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
- →Demonstrate a proactive approach to business development, consistently uncovering opportunities and creating new avenues for growth.
- →Lead commercial discussions with confidence, navigating negotiations effectively and securing mutually beneficial outcomes.
- →Maintain a strong focus on performance, taking ownership of targets and delivering measurable commercial results.
- 6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, including at least 2 years within the payments industry.
- Have a proven track record of generating new business, developing qualified pipelines, and closing complex, high-value deals.
- Demonstrate strong relationship management, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, international environment where priorities evolve and initiative is valued.
