The North Face is currently looking for an outstanding Associate, Sales B2B to join our Business Development and B2B Sales team based in Stabio, Switzerland.
About the Role
~1 min readAs Associate, Sales B2B, you will keep The North Face's B2B digital commerce engine running at full speed. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Enablement, you will own the day-to-day operation of our B2B trading portal and selling tools: seasonal configuration, assortment set-up, master data and product content. The platforms serve our pan-European self-service accounts and the entire TNF EMEA wholesale sales force, so your work directly drives how quickly and accurately customers and sales reps can order. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of commercial, product and technology, where precision and ownership turn into revenue.
- Own the seasonal configuration of the B2B portal and selling tools, ensuring every season goes live accurately and on time for sell-in.
- Manage SAP settings supporting ordering intake platforms, including assortment rules, inclusion lists, SMUs, collaborations and special programmes.
- Run and operate selling tools and configurations activities: extension delivery, filters, draft prices, additional attributes and B2B settings.
- Create and maintain sales agents, teams and user access across all selling platforms.
- Build and maintain seasonal workbooks that support pre-book and in-season selling.
- Manage operational CMS settings on the portal, including filters, headers and landing page uploads, in line with commercial campaigns.
- Gather, normalise and translate product information, and own master data quality across B2B platforms.
- Align and monitor product assets (images, content) so that every product is complete and order ready.
- Support reorder management, newsletters and stock analysis in alignment with brand needs.
- Document platform needs and prepare new requirement presentations for Digital Technology Team, contributing to continuous improvement and automation.
- 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce operations, B2B platforms or sales operations, ideally in apparel, footwear or consumer goods.
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership: you treat data accuracy as a commercial result.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP and with digital tools, PIM, DAM or CMS platforms is a strong plus.
- Ability to manage seasonal deadlines and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity for digital tools, automation and AI, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Clear communicator, able to work with Sales, Merchandising, Marketing and Digital Technology.
- Understanding of the wholesale calendar and of how customers use B2B ordering tools.
- Fluency in English; Italian, German, French or Spanish is a plus.
