Fintech Solutions Engineer

As a trusted partner of Visa and Mastercard, we provide payment accounts (SEPA, SWIFT, A2A), card acquiring (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay), and co-brand card issuing programs. We’re building the next generation of payments — and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us.

We’re looking for a Fintech Solutions Engineer to join our Fintech solution delivery team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly with systems, clients, and cross-functional teams to implement and support our fintech solutions. You’ll play a key part in delivering payment technologies that are compliant, efficient, and ready to scale.

  Help improve internal tools, deployment processes, and monitoring capabilities

  Configure and support fintech solutions tailored to client and partner needs

  Gather and refine business and technical requirements for new features

  Test, validate, and release solution updates and integrations

• →

  Support compliance with regulatory and payment scheme standards

• 2+ years of experience in solution delivery, technical support, or fintech development

• Hands-on experience in system configuration and integration projects

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Familiarity with SEPA, SWIFT and card scheme products and integrations

• Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, Java) for automation or debugging

• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)

• Experience working with Linux/Unix environments

• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelines
