The Sales Contract Entry Admin is responsible for accurately processing new and renewal sales contracts, entering customer and account information into Navusoft, and supporting the sales team throughout the account setup process. This position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and the ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication with sales representatives and customers.

Responsibilities

· Access and review signed sales contracts in Salesforce for Commercial accounts.

· Enter new temporary and permanent customer accounts into Navusoft accurately and efficiently.

· Process and enter all renewals for existing customer accounts.

· Communicate daily with sales representatives and customers regarding contracts, account setup, payments, and related information.

· Collect and process prepayments from customers for new accounts.

· Review contracts and account information to ensure all required details are complete and accurate before entering them into the system.

· Identify missing or inconsistent information and communicate with the appropriate sales representative or customer to obtain clarification.

· Maintain accurate and organized customer and account records.

· Follow established procedures for contract entry, account setup, renewals, and payment processing.

· Handle confidential customer and company information professionally.

· Perform other administrative duties related to sales contract processing and account management as needed.

Requirements

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Ability to enter information accurately and efficiently.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to communicate professionally with both customers and sales representatives.

· Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks while meeting deadlines.

· Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

· Ability to identify errors or missing information and take appropriate action to resolve them.

· Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to learn and navigate multiple software platforms.

· Experience with Salesforce, Navusoft, or similar CRM/account management systems is preferred.

· Experience in the Waste industry preferred

The successful candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of their responsibilities. This position requires someone who can work independently with little oversight while maintaining a high level of accuracy and communication.
