Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
Hands-on experience in CX and CRM tools for managing customer relationships.
Experience working in an MNC environment with cross-functional coordination.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MIS reporting.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Sales Support

→Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
→Respond to RFQs (Request for Quotation), prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements.
→Process purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.
→Maintain excellent customer relationships by addressing queries and concerns effectively.

Sales Coordination & CRM Management

→Maintain and update customer interactions in the CRM system to track sales activities.
→Analyze customer requirements and provide insights to the external sales team.
→Handle documentation and coordination for import and export transactions
→Generate and analyze MIS reports for sales tracking and performance evaluation.

External Sales Support
