We’re now looking for an Account Manager to join our award-winning client engagement team to work with some of our biggest clients across a number of verticals including Retail, SaaS, Finance & B2B.

NB

This is a hybrid role. We work in our office in Dublin city centre on Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays. The rest of the week you decide where you work, in the office or remotely.


The Role 


We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager with experience & knowledge across digital channels. The ideal candidate will be capable of developing an in-depth understanding of our clients’ businesses and building integrated strategies to deliver on their business targets. A strong working knowledge of at least one of the following channels is essential for this role: paid search, SEO, paid social media & CRM (email).


As an Account Manager, you will own and develop long-lasting client relationships and guide the team in creating and executing high-performance campaigns, with a focus on results. You’ll also be responsible for identifying and presenting opportunities for growth.



You’ll need to have experience delivering effective client communications as well as strong project management skills to ensure we’re delivering on our promise to our clients. You won’t be working on the day-to-day management of campaigns, your role is to oversee and deliver integrated strategies across multiple channels to deliver on our clients’ business targets and drive growth. Great time management skills are crucial to allow you to work across multiple clients and a range of exciting projects.


The Candidate: Must Haves


  • Agency experience managing clients across multiple channels, delivering integrated strategies.
  • 3+ years experience managing campaigns in at least 1 of the following channels: paid search, SEO, social media & CRM (email).
  • Working knowledge of how the other channels function.
  • Fantastic communication skills, both with clients and internally.
  • Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and deliver on them.
  • Passion for understanding a client’s business and building great relationships.
  • Expert understanding of digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into compelling insights.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and strategic abilities.
  • Strong project management skills, especially in terms of time management, attention to detail & admin.
  • Desire to learn and get better at what you do
  • Permission to work in Ireland


Desirable:


  • Experience in the following industries: Retail, SaaS, Finance & Travel 
  • Experience managing campaigns in a 2nd channel
